We want every purchase to be a good one. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Your right to return
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from an order within 14 days without giving a reason. We extend this period to 30 days as our store policy.
Return conditions
- The item is unused and in resalable condition.
- The original packaging and full contents are intact.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer — except for defective or damaged items, where all costs are on us.
- For hygiene reasons some categories (for example, feeding items) can’t be returned once the packaging is opened — where this applies, it is noted on the product page.
How to return
- Write to hello@leolakids.ee with your order number and what you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the return address — usually the same working day.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund you the same way you paid, within 14 days.
Exchanges
We don’t do direct exchanges — and that’s actually faster for you: place a new order for the right item and return the first one. The new order ships right away, without waiting for the return to reach us.
Defects and damage
If the parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item and write to us — ideally within 48 hours of delivery, as it makes the carrier claim easier. Replacement or a full refund including shipping is on us.
If a defect shows up later, that’s covered too: under EU law the seller is liable for lack of conformity for two years from purchase. Write to us and we’ll sort it out with a replacement or a refund.
