Are the toys safe for children?
Yes. We only work with certified products that meet EU safety requirements (CE marking). Every product page lists the recommended age.
What are the products made of?
We favour eco-friendly, durable materials — wood, safe plastic and textiles. The composition of each item is listed in its description.
How should I care for the items?
Wooden pieces are wiped with a slightly damp cloth and kept out of water; textiles are washed as the care label says. Details are in the maker’s instructions in the box.
How long does delivery take?
Counting from the moment payment arrives: Estonia — 3–7 business days; Latvia and Lithuania — 5–10; the rest of the EU — 6–12 business days. We hand the order to the warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment, and that time is already included. Some items are made to order — the lead time is shown on the product page. Why does my order arrive in several parcels?
Items from different makers travel as separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. We email them to you as soon as the parcels are on their way.
What does “made to order” mean?
Some pieces are made by the maker only after you order. The making time in weeks is shown on the product page (“Made to order, N weeks”), and the usual delivery time comes on top of it.
Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 30 days to return. Terms and steps are on the Returns and exchanges page.
What warranty do the products have?
Under EU and Estonian law, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity with the contract for 2 years from the moment you receive the item. If something is wrong, write to hello@leolakids.ee with the order number, what happened and a photo.
How do I pay?
By bank link, Visa or Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay — via Montonio. Card details never reach us.
