Ewart Woods Two Step Stools, Birch Plywood

Washing hands, brushing teeth, peeking into the pot — almost everything at home is just a little too high for a toddler. These two steps fix that “little too high” in two places at once.

Why we chose it

• Put the steps together for a two-step stool, or spread them around the home: one by the bathroom sink, the other in the kitchen.
• They hold up to 100 kg, so an adult can stand on one too and reach the top shelf once the children are asleep.
• Together they weigh only 4.1 kg: easy to carry from room to room, yet steady when a child climbs up.

How to choose

The steps suit toddlers from one year, just when “I can do it myself” begins at the sink and on the potty. They come in two different sizes, 20 × 28.5 × 44 cm and 12 × 28 × 44 cm, which is why together they make two steps. Choose the finish to match your furniture: Ash, Oak, Cherry, Smoked Oak or Walnut.
